My name is John and I'm a 23-year-old Christ following bass player and journalist.

My testimony is huge. I was born two-months prematurely on Dec. 7, 1994. If you met me today, you would never believe that I was born with multiple deformities. Many other conditions I was born with caused doctors to believe I would not live to be five years old. Since then, I've had 21 operations in all. One of which was an operation on my heart and airway. 

​

You could say that I grew up in the church but I didn't really learn about Jesus until I was 12 years old. I lived the way I wanted and I did not want to fully follow Him until the summer of 2014. Before 2014, I was a hurt person hurting people, plain and simple.

Beginning in the middle of 2015, I began blogging and writing music, corresponding to my life experiences as a victim of anxiety, depression and bullying. Seeing how Christ has helped me overcome all of those things and more, I believe that He could help you too.
